Cafe Manager Pro is a powerful and handy application for managing cyber cafes - it allows you to have a strict control over your business. The program features a simple (and unattractive) user interface that allows you to customize almost everything in it to satisfy your needs. You can create and edit payment methods, currency, receipt printing options, billing options (products and additional services with their respective prices), use of screen shields, manage logon accounts and other options. The program produces daily reports of your business activity that can be saved for your accountant's reference. It also enables you to create a membership database for those users who frequent your services, so that you don't have to create an account every time they come. When you click on any PC, the program will mark the start time, so when a user leaves, it marks the end time and the program calculates the price for the Internet together with any other service or product used. It is that easy. You can print out a receipt for your client or not.
It would be great if the program included a built-in chat to communicate with users, and the ability to set restrictions and create warning messages. All in all, Cafe Manager Pro is an efficient product to manage a small cyber cafe and is one of cheapest available on the market.
